The first, and only, All Colleague event for Energis, which took place about a year before the merger/takeover with Cable & Wireless. The event had 750 attendees over each of 2 days. Each day featured an internal exhibition to introduce departments to each other, a keynote presentation from CEO John Pluthero and over lunch 2 activities designed to enhance team building and trying something new. Volunteers were also allocated to act a 'Press', recording the events of the day for an internal publication after the event.
