One FSO Learning Forum, Rome
Strategic Goals:
The concept of One FSO was designed to encourage people to work more closely across borders. As part of this, a face to face training led forum took place, bringing together people from across Europe.
Solution:
We developed specific interactive breakout sessions, using iPads to train people on new products and services, and a number of powerful video programmes - telling the story of the financial crash and highlighting the firm's successes in its specialist markets.
Results:
Delegates found the experience hugely motivating as the concept of working together as One FSO was really brought to life for them through dynamic and interactive content production.
